Meet the Team
John Caine
President and Owner
John is a native of the Lake area and is the 3rd generation of family ownership. As CEO he has responsibility for all aspects of the business. John is responsible for the buying, overall sales and personnel and has been involved in the business from his school days until present.
Caleb Bungart
Store Manager
Caleb is an area native and serves as store manager. He has been with the firm since 2001 and is responsible for the daily operation of the business. Sales, measuring, and general operations are under his supervision.
Jeff Roberston
Assistant Store Manager
Jeff serves as assistant store manager and has been with the firm since 2007. His duties follow those of Caleb along with supervision of deliveries, warehouse and customer service. In addition, Jeff is trained with Hunter Douglas Blinds and La Z Boy factory training in sales and service.
Steve Eckhoff
Deliveries / Warehouse / Materials
Since 2013, Steve has been involved with sales of all products, oversees deliveries, warehouse management and is trained with Hunter Douglas Blinds and La Z Boy factory training in sales and service.
Terrie Eckhoff
Operations Manager
Since 2014, Terrie serves as our operations manager. This involves: sales, oerdering, customer service, scheduling and design advice. She is involved in all daily aspects of the operation.
Donnie Abbett
Installer
Donnie installs all types of hard surface flooring and tile, including showers. He has been with the firm for over 15 years.
Tony Harris
Installer
Tony installs all types of hard surface materials and tile, including showers. IN addition, Tony assists with carpet installations. He has been with the firm for over 10 years.
John Molitor
Installer
John installs all types of flooring: carpet, vinyl wood, and tile, including showers. He has been with our firm for over 25 years.
Daniel Hall
Installer
Daniel is a third generation flooring installer. He provides professional installation of carpet, vinyl and hard surface productt. He has been with our firm for 10 years.
